Six years of shipping taught me where production pain actually comes from. These are the habits that keep it away.

Understand before building
I want to know how the product makes money and where it hurts before I write a line. The best code is the code you decide not to write.
- 02
Model the domain honestly
Most production pain traces back to a data model that lied. I make variants, states and edge cases explicit so the system stays correct under concurrency.
- 03
Ship thin vertical slices
A working path to production early, then widen it. Visible progress beats a big-bang reveal, and it surfaces the real problems while they're still cheap.

Make it observable
If I can't see it, I can't trust it. Structured logs, metrics and error tracking go in as I build, not after the first incident.
- 05
Leave it maintainable
The next engineer to touch this is the real customer. Documented contracts, readable code, reproducible deploys - so the system outlives whoever wrote it.

What kind of role are you looking for?
A backend or AI engineering role where I can own systems end to end - Django/FastAPI backends, real-time services, and LLM/RAG features. I'm most useful on small-to-mid teams that value someone who can take a problem from data model to production, not just close tickets.
Where are you based, and are you open to remote?
I'm in Ahmedabad, India. I'm open to on-site or hybrid roles in Ahmedabad, and fully remote roles anywhere. I'm set up to work with distributed teams and to overlap working hours where it matters.
When can you start?

Backend or AI - which is your main strength?
Both, and the seam between them. My core is backend engineering in Python (Django, DRF, FastAPI), with real production experience in AI: RAG, semantic search, LLM automation and computer vision. The most valuable thing I do is wire AI into a real product so it's reliable, fast and safe in front of users.
Can you work across the full stack?
My depth is backend and AI, but I've shipped server-rendered Next.js frontends for my own APIs, deployed on AWS with Docker, Nginx and CI/CD, and handled the DevOps in between. I'm happy owning a vertical slice, not just one layer.
